Title: Mgr, Dietary
Location: Symphony Evanston
Status: Full-time Days with some weekend responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department.
- Ensure quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis.
- Ensure the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
- Manage the requisitions and inspection of food, supplies, and equipment, maintain stock levels.
- Ensure standards of quality are met while achieving the department budgetary, recruiting, training, supervising.
- Coaching-Disciplining as needed to maintain an effective department.
Dietary Manager Qualifications:
- Certification as a Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred. Required within 6 months of hire.
- Previous management experience required.
- Must be able to relate professionally and positively to our customers and families and to work cooperatively with others.
