What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wringer position at Symrise?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate all wringing equipment, hydraulics, forklift, high pressure washer, foamer, centrifuge, etc.
- Loads out dried shell
- Responsible for separating liquid form shell
- Keeps track of the dates the trailers come in. (for FIFO)
- Keeps the following areas clean: wringing, hopper, insides of the trucks, floor drains, separator, and augers.
- Follows master sanitation schedule for the wringing room.
- Assures that established policy, procedures and work rules are followed.
- Maintains thorough knowledge or wringing area operations.
- Strictly follows all safety procedures and uses all required personal protective equipment.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Requires Initiative
- Must work well with people
- Ability to think and draw natural conclusions
- Ability to make correct decisions at the appropriate time.
- Ability to learn all the functions and processes of the wringing room.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
