- Gather and document business requirements
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for the business and clients
- Communicate analysis and interpretation to the appropriate audience
- Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes, and technologies
-Defines detailed requirements, analyzes business needs, and validates solutions with the customer
-Serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with enterprise applications
-Work with the Product Owner to support short and long-term release planning and to keep the work backlog healthy and prepared for execution.
- Solid understanding of Agile framework and familiarity with SAFe
- Understanding of artifacts such as requirements (Epic/User stories), product backlog, sprint backlog, etc.
-As applicable, ensure the upkeep of technical documentation such as process and data flows, data dictionary, technical documentation, training materials and other relevant documents
-Conducts analysis of business and users- needs and revises existing systems as needed
-Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content
-Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
-Assist in quality assurance and user acceptance testing by writing test scripts, executing test cases, and documenting defect
Required Experience/Skills:
-Bachelor's Degree
-0-3 years of experience in any of the following areas: Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Project Management, and/or Business Process Improvement
- MS SQL
-Strong expertise in writing User stories with technical details, flows, and data input
-Ability to facilitate SU meetings
-Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
-Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
-Strong attention to detail
-Enjoy solving problems and are able to resolve conflicts through strong mediation skills.
-Experience with software applications Systems Development Life-Cycle (SDLC), agile methodology, database management systems, and other business-related technologies
-Analyze and develop detailed functional and technical requirements, along
with managing changes.
