Responsibilities
- Manage the Design Team to mentor, train and develop team members.
- Provide technical support to the sales team
- Provide quality control and direction to produce effective, efficient designs.
- Review progress with the design team for tracking budgets.
- Collaborate with the design team, project managers, and field superintendents to identify scheduling issues, material/data procurement and maintain efficient progress.
- Review material and design specifications for efficient compliance with contract scope.
- Responsible for management and oversite of a full range of Fire Sprinkler Design for industrial, commercial, and residential applications.
- NICET III or IV certification required a minimum of 5 years experience as a Design
- Leading and directing a design team with daily design issues regarding requirements and effectiveness.
- Computer Skills
- Minimum of 3 years in AutoSprink. Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Experience in in the following areas:
