What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Team Lead position at Syneos Health Clinical?
Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support in a call center environment. Duties include but are not limited to answering numerous inbound phone lines, email communication, outbound follow-up calls, system documentation, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and monitoring the team’s daily performance. You will:
- Motivating, coaching and developing team members
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer concerns
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Assist in monitoring inbound and outbound calls in all programs within the Engagement Center, to ensure quality, customer service and adherence to policies and procedures of the organization
- Provide input to management regarding workload volume and staffing needs
Essential Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- Powerful customer focus; effective listener, a great attitude, professionalism, high level of energy
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop new and existing support agents
Desired Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent and persuasive communication skills, both oral and written
- Efficient computer and data entry skills; ability to learn new systems and programs quickly
