Responsibilities
This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. This role will be responsible for selling specific client products supporting multiple product lines in alignment with company’s vision, values, and goals. The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will develop business plans for individual customers, provide product knowledge to customers, build and maintain a strong network of health care professionals while fulfilling all monitoring and reporting requirements including expenses and call reporting using approved systems and processes. Maintain full compliance to all laws, regulations and policies. You will have the opportunity to:
- Maximize new business opportunities with physicians and other health service providers
- Present therapeutic products and creatively teach people about their usage
- Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient
- Build trust and credibility and become a true collaborator in commercial success
Job Requirements
Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:
- BA/BS degree required
- Experience selling biologic products that utilize Buy and Bill or Specialty Pharmacy modes of distribution
- Recent ENT sales experience preferred
- 3 years’ experience selling to specialists
- 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical / medical device sales
- Strong track record of sales success
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
Interviews may be conducted in person at an on-site interview location. For any in person interviews, local Covid safety guidelines will be followed.
I understand that if I am made an offer of employment, it will be conditioned on my demonstration I am fully vaccinated OR I plan to initiate vaccination by my start date AND be fully vaccinated within 4 weeks of start date against the COVID-19 virus.

However, in the event that I successfully obtain an exemption, I understand that it is highly unlikely that I will be able to adequately perform the essential functions of this position without imposing an undue hardship on Syneos Health due to the clients’ demands.
