Project Director

Synerfac is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and manage industrial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial construction, including experience managing large-scale projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. Key Responsibilities: * Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation * Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution * Train, mentor, and recruit project support personnel in the project management disciplines * Prepare submittals and procure materials * Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, adhering to company and industry standards * Enforce safety regulations and ensure all team members comply with company and OSHA safety guidelines Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field * Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial construction project management * Proven experience managing large-scale industrial construction projects * Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera) If you are a motivated and experienced project manager looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
