We are looking a Technician / CAD Designer for Permanent Role in Duluth, GA. The CSM supports our sales, purchasing and engineering teams and is assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Her/His responsibilities include answering phone calls, processing sales orders and helping with customer enquiries.
Work days: Monday-Friday (40 hrs./week).

- Knowledge in handling of current industry standards.

- Structured and result- oriented way of working as well as high commitment and flexibility.
- Good self-organization, independent work in our Duluth office.
- Willingness to travel and overnight stays (project related).
- Job experience preferred.
- Available to work overtime and/or flexible hours when required.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
- Takes initiative and has accountability for the quality and effectiveness of own work.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Have working knowledge of warehousing and logistics.
- Works well in a team environment.
Responsibilities for Technician / CAD Designer:
- Creation of material lists (Excel) – project related.
- Creation of AutoCAD drawings – project related.
- Data transfer between AutoCAD and NavisWorks – project related.
- Proactivity and personal responsibility.
- Close cooperation and technical support of our engineering team (project related).
- Professional, technically and application- oriented support of our existing customers.
- Close cooperation and technical support of the sales team/ project manager team.
- Close cooperation with our back-office team (Germany and Duluth).
