We have an opening for a Human Resource Specialist who can answer yes to these questions. We are seeking an Employee Care Coordinator to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

Human Resource Specialist Benefits:
· Competitive pay ranges between ($14- $17/ hourly)

· Human Resource Specialist Responsibilities:
· Implementing retention efforts to encourage a positive work environment.
· Overseeing all human resource-related tasks for caregivers
· Communicating regularly with caregivers
· Managing client and caregiver intake calls
· Providing exemplary customer service
· Assisting with home assessment and other office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
· Experience –Human resource management experience in a home care setting preferred.
· Education – certification about human management, home care setting certification.
· Skills – Developing personal relationships, time management skills, exemplary communication skills.
· Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
