SYNERGY HomeCare services people of all ages, providing only the best companionship, homemaking, and personal care services in the communities of Central IL (Bloomington/Normal, Champaign/Urbana, Decatur, and Springfield). Our caregivers are responsible for companionship (conversation, planning activities, medication reminders, maintaining a safe environment, hospital sitting, etc.), homemaker activities (light housekeeping, grocery shopping, running errands, meal preparation, etc.), and personal care (bathing, grooming, lifting/transfers, etc.) Our administrative staff manages schedules, care coordination, and communication between caregivers, clients, and other administrators.
Job Description
The On-Call Administrator is expected to perform a variety of duties, working closely with the Staffing Coordinator to provide the highest quality of service to our Care Staff and the Clients we service. You will utilize your fast-paced problem-solving skills, open and friendly customer service skills, and your passion for caring. This position is an ON-CALL position will require you to answer phones from your home or remotely from the hours of 5p-9a Monday- Thursday, and Friday at 5p until 9a on Monday morning every other week.
