Synergy HomeCare of the East Valley is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator! This position oversees our HR Assistant and instrumental in the growth and development of our caregivers. We are looking for an individual that:

HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Tracking all inquiries and effectively communicating with them
- Attend job fairs, in hopes of recruiting new caregivers
- Post, track and oversee all job postings
- Overseeing all human resource-related tasks for caregivers
- Training new and existing caregivers, including orientation
- Communicating regularly with caregivers
- Ensuring all credentails are up to date, enter, track and copy all credentials
- Assign on going training, follow through with all assignments for completions
- Identify hiring needs and opportinities for advancement for caregivers
- Provide a positive first experience for all prospective new employees
- Oversee and work directly with the HR Assistant
- On-Call- this postion shares on-call rotation with all other team members
HR Coordinator Requirements:
- Experience – One year experience in HomeCare setting and one year experience in a Customer Service position
- Education – High school diploma or equivelent
- Skills – Developing personal relationships, time management skills, exemplary communication skills, attention to detail
- Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn
- Bilingual in Spanish is needed
