What You'll Do:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our clients’ businesses, from mastering the competitive landscape to gaining insight into their business strategy. Build trust with clients both within and outside the scope of a given project.
- Drive project management by overseeing the people, processes, and tools needed to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Implement business best practices across multiple work streams that span our three practices – Business & Brand, Experience Design, and Org and Culture.
- Manage day-to-day project management for two to three concurrent projects/clients.
- Serve as the central point for information sharing across internal work streams and with the client.
- Manage team bandwidth and project profitability.
- Design and lead internal and client meetings, providing detailed, clear, and actionable reports.
- Update status and client reports, track milestone achievement, and ensure quality control of deliverables.
- Handle administrative responsibilities for key meetings, including meeting preparation, confirming attendees, and managing video/conference call logistics.
- Build meaningful cross-functional relationships internally to stay current as a voice of our offerings and capabilities.
- Take ownership of sharing project learnings with internal teams and clients.
- Drive organic growth with existing clients by identifying opportunities for follow-up work and building new relationships. This includes owning proposals for client business opportunities and presenting approaches to senior stakeholders.
- Serve as an internal thought partner to cross-functional strategy and creative teams, providing input on work to elevate it from good to great.
What You've Done:
- Have 6-8 years of experience as an Account Director or Client Services Director within a brand strategy, advertising, creative, product, or communications agency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage clients at all levels, notably VP and up levels.
- Developed strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a confident and polished presentation manner, comfortable interfacing with senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience with technology industries and B2B strategy is preferred.
- Proven experience as a team player and collaborator, adept at working with multidimensional teams across various disciplines.
- Integrated production knowledge and experience managing simultaneous work streams.
- Launched brands and/or 360 campaigns for multiple clients.
- Been responsible for year-over-year organic growth and budget management for a set of global clients across a range of industries and sizes.
- Potentially managed and mentored team members, formally or informally, creating clear roles and growth opportunities.
