SynergyManagement Group (SMG)( )is a consulting services startup that partners with institutionalinvestors (private equity & venture capital) portfoliocompanies and growing businesses to evaluate design execute andmaximize growth opportunities across sourcing diligenceoperations / value creation and exit.
We are currently executing arapid and efficient angel / seedstage capital raise and are seekingan experienced Investment Banker with active brokerdealer licensesto lead thisinitiative.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and refine acomprehensive investor material package leveraging SMGs existingassets.
- Define strategytarget elite investors and outline dealterms.
- Lead the fullcyclecapital raise process including outreach negotiation and closing indirect coordination with theCEO.
Requirements :
- Extensive expertisewithin Angel VC and PE capitalmarkets.
- A deep network ofconnections to elite highnetworth potentialinvestors.
- Active SEC / FINRAbrokerdealer licenses ingoodstanding.
- Successful trackrecord executing capital raises ($500K$5M) for earlystagehighcalibercompanies.
Compensation :
Success feebasedcompensation with potential for equityparticipation.
