Responsibilities
- Reconcile all corporate bank and credit card statements
- Update and maintain month-end balance sheet schedules and assist with the monthly close
- Assist with the preparation of GAAP financial statements
- Support Accounts Receivable team to ensure payments are received when due and are posted to customer accounts
- Support Accounts Payable team to ensure bills are entered in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-8 years' working in accounting and finance
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Netsuite experience
