Overview
Seeking a CNC Operator responsible for setting up and running CNC equipment to machine or fabricate a variety of precision components.
Job Requirements:
- High School degree or GED Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of on-the-job training
- Certified and proficient in Mastercam and SolidWorks
Preferred Skills:
- Machining / Manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with Mil specifications in the aerospace industry
- Familiarity with ISO 9000 requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate various manual and CNC equipment such as lathes, milling, and drilling machines
- Read, write, understand, and edit G code programming for CNC machines
- Set up, adjust, and operate machine tools for precision machining operations
- Perform basic shop math calculations to work within tight tolerances
- Interpret part drawings and process instructions
