The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:
- Enter sales orders
- Review purchase orders and make any adjustments
- Maintain filling system
- Print out any documentation needed for product
- Assist the shipping and receiving department
- Manage scanning of file and documentation
- Any other needs as assigned
Skills required for Administrative Assistant position:
- 3 years Receptionist/Administrative Assistant experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Word & Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
