Synergy Tech Consulting is an SBA 8a certified and a verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business providing technically-oriented services. 

We are currently in need of an experienced and professional Financial Program Analyst to join our team. The Financial Program Analyst will be supporting the Office of Naval Research Naval Historically Black Colleges and Universities/ Minority Institutions.

 

You will be awarding grants to Minority Institutions around the United States. The job requires the candidate to have familiarity with Government Financial Programs and Budget Processes with the ability to obtain appropriate visas and travel approvals in a time-critical circumstance.

 


Requirements
  • The Financial Program Analyst shall have at least 3 years of experience in prior Naval environments and have an understanding of educational programs. They shall have excellent skills in preparing spreadsheets, creating graphical presentations, presenting in front of large audiences as well as working knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) processes.
  • Ability to travel often.
  • DTS experience.
  • Navy ERP experience.
  • Experience managing Grants 
  • Standard Accounting Reporting System (STARS) experience
  • Travel Request Form FD-540 experience
  • Travel Reimbursement Forms (SF-1012) experience
  • DoD Planned Program Budgeting System (PPBS) experience
