Canvassing experience is required. Canvassing Management experience is a huge plus!
- Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in actively recruiting for the Appointment Setter positions to ensure your team(s) is/are well staffed and capable of handling a flux of employees due to turnover.
- Assist in training Newly Hired Appointment Setters to be able to produce well-qualified leads for the company utilizing the award winning “Branch Marketing" program.
- Train employees on the use of our company systems for tracking production.
- Provide feedback to the Sales & Marketing Manager and assist him/her in finding and developing areas of opportunity for all marketing representatives to help them improve their performance.
- Work Side-by-side with canvassers to assist them in setting well qualified appointments and ensure they are accurately representing the company and the programs the company advertises and markets.
- Regularly analyze the patterns of performance of our Appointment Setters and the direct impact of Lead costs.
- Set appointments utilizing the “Branch Marketing” program.
- Continuously work with the Sales and Marketing Manager to ensure you are able to assist in the duties of their position in the event of their absence.
