Job Description
- Operate various types of equipment.
- Perform proceduralized tasks safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot equipment with assistance and solve problems
- Effectively use safety equipment such as respirators and protective clothing.
- Follow operator standard work to maintain packaging line Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Provide feedback and corrective actions when processes during the shift do not meet target OEE.
Qualifications
- All applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
- Minimal travel requirements.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs up to 50 lbs once per day
- Work with precise limits and standards of accuracy
- Participates in unit policies and procedures audits.
- Participates in near miss/incident reporting and 5WHY/incident investigations.
- Lean idea generation and behavioral based safety observations are completed to promote continuous improvement in the formulation units.
