Client Analyst - Contract Management

The Position

Syntellis is actively seeking a Senior Client Analyst to provide support for our strategic management enterprise software products that are used in large companies around the globe.

This position is a terrific opportunity for someone who is able to comfortably speak with experienced Financial/Reimbursement Analysts, IT, and other client staff to provide support for both processes and deliverables as well as building and maintaining relationships. This position will be responsible for working on a team with other Client Support professionals to provide coordination of client support, including troubleshooting and resolving questions regarding Syntellis software products.

This is not a typical helpdesk function; it is a team that works closely with clients, partners, and implementation consultants to ensure the software solution exceeds our client's expectations. You will gain a deep understanding of all Syntellis products. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to areas such as product design, training, marketing, and sales.

This position reports directly to the Director of Client Success, and will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, troubleshooting, resolving, or delegating both internal and external questions regarding Axiom software products
  • Documenting reported issues in a CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Enriching our technical knowledge base and software documentation
  • Participating in projects as assigned
  • Maintain current Axiom software product knowledge

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years Healthcare experience
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and contract negotiations preferred
  • Experience with Axiom Contract Management a plus
  • Experience with the full Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Advanced Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft SharePoint and project management tools
  • Executive Presence
  • Strong written skills and ability to create PowerPoints, training documentation, and knowledgebase articles
  • Cloud base technology/support experience necessary
  • Current permanent US Work Authorization required

Education:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required
