The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst supports supply chain by leveraging core IT applications and developing reporting tools to analyze data, trends and insights into supply chain to improve business performance. The incumbent will collaborate with internal resources to identify and implement specific data needs and utilize data exploration and discovery techniques to build advanced analytics to generate reports to support business initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Collect, track and analyze data and trends to identify potential opportunities, interventions and solutions to support the business; develop cascading metrics and tools to report insights
- Assist with the developing and communicating the data analytics strategy and operating plan; collaborate with internal teams to improve end-to-end visibility
- Leverage relationships with data and software to develop and maintain analytical tools; provide training for as needed
- Model the impact of potential scenarios and align the relationships and constraints between analytics, processes and business requirements
- Establish and implement continuous improvement initiatives to support supply chain
- Serve as a core member of Lean project teams to drive process and site improvements, and support new process introductions
- Develop and lead complex projects and communicate plans, tasks and timelines to ensure project goals are met
- Evaluate and revise system processes to simplify transaction processing and reduce operating costs
- Train all key stakeholders on how to leverage and use tools to get information required to analyze businesses/operations they support
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science or technical/data intense field
- Minimum of 3yrs experience with advanced analytic techniques and data science preferably in Supply Chain
- Experience managing data analytics implementation and reporting projects
- Experience with big data programming languages and technologies (i.e. R., Python, SQL, etc.)
- Working knowledge of MRP and demonstrated expertise using data analytic systems and tools (i.e. SAP, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Analytical with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; process-driven
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Power Point)
- Experience and proficiency in extraction and manipulation of data from databases and ERP systems
- Excellent time management skills & ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment
- Analytical, supply chain and or manufacturing background
- Experience with operating cloud data warehouses or data lake (e.g., Snowflake, AWS)
- Experience with continuous improvement tools and Agile methodologies
- Experience with supply chain planning and execution or distribution management
- Knowledge of order processing and Integrated Business Planning flows and software, data-science and performance analytics
- Organized with effective project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a virtual setting
