JOB SUMMARY
The Invoicing Clerk is responsible for providing accurate invoicing for customers by interacting with sales, transportation and warehouse teams to support on time fleet departure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide clerical support to Sales team to including copying, filing and faxing; greet visitors
• Answer multi-line phone; answer questions; accurately forward calls
• Enter accurate ship and check orders via Produce Pro; verify completed invoices have signature and stamp
• Prepare cash deposits for cash report
• Maintain cleanliness of sales office
• Assist with training new Crew Members
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of six (6) months professional work experience
• Proficiency with computer and MS Office applications
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends, and overtime when needed

Experience

• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Possess excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills and listening skills

Skills

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•  Be familiar with shipping procedures   ]
• Ability to multitask

Minimum Required:

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Proficient with 10 key calculator and keyboard
• Able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. while climbing steps (using a hand cart)
• Comfortable handling and counting cash
