Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans for heavy rigging assignments.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and supervise a team of rigging professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members.
- Safety Compliance:
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
- Equipment Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and inspection of rigging equipment.
- Ensure that all equipment is in proper working condition and meets safety standards.
