ALTA IT Services is seeking a Sr. Documentation Specialist to join our client on a long term contract basis. Any experience writing for Information Security, Audit, or Risk is a plus. This is a hybrid role
Documentation Specialist
Location: Hybrid from Either Vienna, VA or Winchester, VA or Pensacola, FL (your choice) – 1 day/week onsite or 1 week/month
Pay Rate: Open to C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract
Requirements
• Background in IT Risk, Audit, and Remediation; Technical aptitude in IT related fields, (Agile, ITIL, CISSP,CRISC certifications of knowledge )
• Serve as technical specialist or advisor to the respective group
• Advanced skills in preparing slide decks for executive leader presentations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and task oriented to meet deadlines/Time management abilities
• Documentation specialist/excellent at creating procedural documentation, process flows, flow-charts
• Excellent with Microsoft Products: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Word, Publisher
• Experienced Data and Analytical ability
• Responsible, professional, and dependable
• Compile, research, analyze and document data, requirements, workflow/ processes, functionality and or controls for respective technology group
• Develop and evaluate information, and prepare recommendations based on analysis for use in decision making
• Applies extensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and relates fields
• Work on the most complex, high impact projects
