Responsibilities:
Network Maintenance and Monitoring:
Monitor network performance to ensure availability and reliability of network resources.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including firmware upgrades, patch management, and system backups.
Identify and resolve network bottlenecks and connectivity issues promptly.
Network Design and Optimization:
Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Optimize network performance through traffic analysis, bandwidth management, and QoS configurations.
Evaluate new technologies and propose network enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Investigate and resolve network-related issues reported by end-users or detected through monitoring tools.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior Senior Network Administrators and other IT staff.
Document network configurations and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network services seamlessly with other IT systems.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5 years of experience in network administration, particularly in enterprise-level environments.

Hands-on experience with network equipment from vendors like Cisco, Extreme, and Palo Alto Networks.
Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze complex network issues.
Industry certifications such as ECP, ECS, CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP are highly desirable.
