Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for outage projects.
Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust network of qualified candidates for various outage positions, ensuring a quick response to staffing needs.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks to identify and attract top talent.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand specific staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Pre-Employment Process: Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and compliance with industry-specific safety standards.
Onboarding and Coordination: Work closely with HR and project management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including scheduling, orientation, and training.
