Description:
Basic Purpose: Performs integration, regression, and functional testing on systems to ensure compliance with system requirements and client’s business practices and policies. Assists in the analysis of functional and technical requirements and the creation and editing of test cases for new or modified systems. Assist in leading basic/routine to complex/difficult tasks of moderate to considerable scope and latitude.
Responsibilities:
• Certify system testing complete & ready for production
• Create and edit test cases in accordance with system requirements
• Create, modify and/or locate the data and conditions needed to execute test cases
• Identify areas for improved testing processes
• Modify, coordinate and schedule input to maintain the test environments
• Report testing activity including time spent, testing time lost and discrepancies found
Qualifications:
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in testing complex systems including various platforms
• Advanced knowledge of development or operations framework methodologies, including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), etc.
• Effective skills with Azure Dev Ops
• Knowledge of APIs and testing of APIs
• Experience with database testing
• Effective skill presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives, and information clearly and concisely
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
