Rolling Stock Field Testing Engineer ( Rail Vehicle Test & Commissioning Engineer ) :
- Performs all relevant system field tests, acceptance tests, post-installation tests for passenger railcars ( passenger trains ) built for MBTA
- Conducts project meetings between MBTA representatives and corporate engineering / technical department
- Serves as a point of contact for rolling stock testing activities on site and coordinates all test activities
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline ( Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering, etc
- Actual relevant experience with railway rolling stock ( testing, commissioning, warranty, manufacturing, etc )
