Overview

Apply for the Information Services Analyst role with IU Health! The working hours will be M-F approx 8-5pm with some on-call rotation. This will be a hybrid schedule with onsite responsibilities in Indianapolis as well as weekly remote opportunities! This role will be part of the Laboratory Information Services department within the Anatomic Pathology and Outreach Services/Interfaces team.

Successful candidate would be responsible for providing application support for our Anatomic Pathology and Outreach products, to include CoPath, Lifepoint, Clockwise, Outreach Operations, certain Cerner PathNet and Cerner LIS-LIS or LIS to EMR interfaces. Candidate will receive in depth HL7 training and other applications' training for troubleshooting interface message issues. C

Configures, installs, maintains and upgrades hospital information systems hardware and software under direct supervision. Administers and maintains security of operating systems. Provides operational support for the organization's information systems, peripheral equipment, and clinical applications. Provides onsite support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware. Performs routine assignments using existing procedures.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 0-3 years of experience required.
  • Requires knowledge of multi application environments.
  • Prefers experience with databases or clinical systems.
