CACI has an immediate opening for a Junior SharePoint Developer that will provide SharePoint Developer and Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS) Administrative support to the SEA10 organization. Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to responding to queries, running diagnostics, isolates problem, and determines and recommends solutions to the SharePoint Developers. With oversight from senior developers, action change requests that incorporate content, style, list, library, and workflow updates to new and existing applications. Ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of SharePoint and web solutions for SEA10 (monitor, maintain, support). Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues. Documents reported application incidents, problems and corresponding solutions. Provides updates at daily and weekly meetings both verbally and in written reports. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service. Provides thorough documentation and guide customers through the web requirements phase. Track record of providing a high level of customer service to internal customers. Competency in content, database, and project management preferred. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment. Provide walk up customer support and processing of shared email box by creating trouble tickets using the ticket system and overseeing timely completion of tickets. Create user accounts and terminate accounts as needed. Provide backup support to other supports techs. Document tickets and troubleshooting steps for escalation. Gathering vital meeting information and generating reports for stakeholders.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Must have prior experience of SharePoint administration and management
- Must have experience and familiarity in SharePoint design, functions, and applications
- Familiarity of permissions hierarchies and ability to make changes ‘on the fly’
- Ability to manipulate out of the box SharePoint functions to create user friendly sites and applications.
- Knowledge of Web Application development principals
- Knowledge of the Software Design Lifecycle

- Experience with ShareGate
- Experience maximizing SharePoint APIs
