- Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in metals production manufacturing, with a specific focus on castings.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team of production personnel.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
