Overview:
T&J Heating, A/C and Plumbing is a full-service heating, air conditioning and plumbing organization, providing new installation, repairs and ongoing maintenance services to commercial and residential clients throughout New England.
We are seeking an experienced service manager to join our growing team with the goal of managing and developing a service team while delivering superior service to our expanding customer base.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire and manage HVAC and Plumbing Service Technicians
- Manage daily operations of Service Department, responding promptly and professionally to address any calls or correspondences from clients
- Dispatch service calls with attention to detail
- Manage Service Technicians timecards, time off schedule and other employee related matters
- Provide service technicians with remote ongoing, record keeping, and scheduling support
- Manage and order service parts inventory and complete warranty returns
- Lead and/or assist upper management with all service related projects
- Partner with sales staff as needed to create accurate sales proposals and manage clients expectations
- Partner and negotiate with vendors to ensure most competitive pricing available
- Create service invoices based on hours worked and service part cost and mail out invoices
- Regular follow up with customers to ensure expectations are being meet/exceeded
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked service area
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.
- Bachelor Degree preferred, will consider applications with equivalent experience, training and education.
- Preference for prior management experience in a technical service industry
- Experience selling service products and services
- Basic Reading, writing, and math calculations

Salary : $63,000 - $79,800
