The Role
We are looking for experienced Assistant Retail Store Managers. This could be Key Carriers, Shift Leaders, and/or Senior Sales Associates. No Wireless Experience? No Problem! Our training program will turn you into a Mobile Expert in no time!
You will be
- Reporting directly to the Store Manager.
- Assist the Store Manager in operating your assigned retail store in accordance with Nu-Wave Wireless policies and procedures.
- Assist the Store Manager in training the Wireless Retail Sales Associates on updated Sprint programs, sales techniques, operational changes, and more.
- Leading by example. You will be working side by side with the sales associates to make sure all customers have an exceptional customer experience.
- Consulting with both new and existing customers to determine their wireless needs while delivering an exception customer experiences.
- Demonstrate our various wireless devices and accessories to our customers.
- Attain and exceed both your personal sales goals and team goals.
- Answering customer questions about the various Sprint wireless plans and helping them with their existing or new Sprint account.
- Creating new sales opportunities by participating in the various outbound sales activities as directed by both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Maintain store appearance, refill inventory, report phone inventory, and other business-related tasks as directed by the Store Manager.
What we are looking for
- 1 year of retail sales experience as a Key-Holder, Shift Leader, Assistant Retail Manager, or Senior Sales Associate.
- Must have outstanding people and communication skills.
- Bi-lingual is a huge bonus!
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to multi-task.
- Must have very flexible availability and able to work weekends and holidays because that is when our customers and employees need you the most.
