The Office of the CDO team oversees business planning, communications, and employee engagement efforts for the entire Digital teamwith a targeted focus on radically simplifying information, creating purposeful and meaningful engagement opportunities, and supporting the Digital Leadership Team. The Digital team is over 2000 employees located across the country and our team is responsible for connecting these employees and providing value to not only their day-to-day work, but also creating a team culture that extends out of their day-to-day work and makes them feel like a valued team member. This ranges from creating fun social events, DEI-focused engagements, and supporting with overall program communications. We are an incredibly fun team that has a very impactful, high-visibility role for the entire organization with a unique position that is very close to the most senior executives - a great opportunity for learning how an organization works behind-the-scenes! Specific Project(s): Supporting the Chief Digital Officer with his team-wide communications and social media presence; assisting with the employee engagement programming efforts for the Digital team; providing program management support for our key programs. Core Responsibilities: - Craft communications for the Digital team around key employee engagement efforts (learning & development/training sessions, DEI-focused connects, Digital team meetings, etc.) - Craft social media posts for our Chief Digital Officer's Twitter & Linkedin profile and maintain his social media calendar/proactively finding new opportunities to engage with his external audience - Support the Chief Digital Officer's speaking engagement requests with vetting and assisting with logistics - Create creative assets for Digital programs and social media (flyers, posters, invitations, gifs, email banners) - Analyze survey results and create summaries with key findings and recommendations for next steps - Update our internal communication platforms to have the most current information (SharePoint, Storied, Slack) - Support our videographer/photographer in creative shoots with planning, set-up, day-of logistics, and tear-down - Work closely with our business planning team to create weekly updates for our Digital Leadership team This role is not eligible for relocation. Intern must have reliable transportation to work in office. Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
