Job Overview:

We are looking to add an experienced Project Coordinator to our T-Mobile for Business Sales Experience team! The Project Coordinator responsibilities include facilitating a smooth onboarding process and welcoming new hires to the company by delivering a meaningful and memorable experience. The coordinator will collaborate and support initiatives within the Sales Experience team. Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, track, and manage Onboarding process for all T-Mobile for Business Sellers and Sales Support new hires
  • Proactively keep managers and stakeholders informed of onboarding activities
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into tools
  • Collaborate on process improvements, tool usage, and best practices
  • Create and maintain templates, tools, and projects
  • Assist team with time tracking, metrics, and reporting
  • Provide onboarding welcome orientation to new hires
  • Clearly communicate with employees regarding onboarding processes and timeframes
  • Answers questions as a knowledgeable resource
  • Collaborates with others inside the organization
  • Develops a good working knowledge of onboarding process
  • Manage multiple tasks at one time and be able to prioritize your time.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required) or equivalent work experience

Work Experience:

  • 2 years Business support experience required.
  • Experience delivering onboarding experiences, preferred.
  • Experience with SharePoint preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Microsoft Office (Required)
  • Microsoft Project (Required)
  • Attention To Detail (Required)
  • Excellent communication skills (Required)

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
