RETAIL STORE MANAGER
Retail Store Manager is responsible for leadership and management of a T-Mobile retail store location. Ability to create a high performing culture of sales and customer experience. Must be familiar with all aspects of retail including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, loss prevention and team leadership. The ideal candidate must have the ability to multi-task and provide leadership and support.
Retail Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Deliver financial results based on key T-Mobile performance indicators
- Meet or exceed sales goals for the store by floor coaching & outreach
- Build skills and successes through continued coaching and performance assessment conversations
- Recruit, hire and develop a team of effective Sales Associates
- Train team members on T-Mobile systems, products, plans and promotions
- Maintain a neat, clean organized store environment at all times. Responsible for the overall productivity results in the store
- Drive operational efficiencies to help minimize risk and protect the stores assets
- Identify ways to manage and control store expenses
- Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology
- Ensure that sales associates are up to speed on new T-Mobile products and offerings and know the sales techniques necessary to sell them
- Ensure that visual merchandising is appealing to customers while adhering to T-Mobile standards
Retail Store Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years successful store/sales management experience
- Excellent communications, including written and verbal skills
- Ability to positively lead and coach to deliver financial results
- Operational and financial performance management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
