Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.

What You Will Do
- Become acquainted and knowledgeable with some of T-Mobile’s fraud processes and techniques to mitigate loss.
- Troubleshoot and perform triage of daily operations delivering data results in support of analysis and reporting.
- Assist with data identification, collection and comparison of key datasets from various sources/platforms.
- Work closely with Fraud Reporting, Analytics and Insights, Strategy, Special Investigation Unit and Fraud Operations teams to support their activities and initiatives with delivery of new and existing result sets.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors and/or Master’s program in Computer Science, or any other programming related field.
- Ability to learn and gain solid understanding of T-Mobile's Fraud processes.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
- Outstanding data analysis, organizational, and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
- Must be proficient and have experience using SQL. Some knowledge of Microsoft and Cloud Databases.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team-player who can also work independently.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
- Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships
