Responsibilities
- Supervises 5 Market Managers
- Drive sales results and program execution
- Supports New Hire Training
- Ensures adequate staffing and adherence to hours budget
- Review all HireVue videos and interview candidates, and hire new employees in partnership with Recruiting and Market Managers
- Fosters strong relationships with client
- Oversees successful completion of Market Manager activities and responsibilities
- Travels to stores on a weekly basis
- Completes weekly schedules for all supervised stores
- Partners with Market Manager to ensure attendance and other key records are maintained
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of success in wireless sales
- Ability to travel within the market regularly
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills required
- Must be willing to adhere to “retail hours.” Flexibility and willingness to work all shifts: including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must own a smart phone with a data plan
