T-ROC is looking for outdoor enthusiasts and motivated Weekend Warriors to WOW our customers! Do you enjoy the outdoors and sharing your passion for nature and sports with other enthusiasts? Do you enjoy being an outdoor technology expert and demonstrating these products to customers? Join us in driving sales for some of the most exciting outdoor recreation brands as a T-ROC Weekend Sales Representative. Pay Range: $20 per hour - $24 per hour

Here are the details:

• We offer competitive hourly pay plus incentives with flexible schedule
• You will receive paid training that will give you all the tools to succeed and advance your career with us
• You will engage and qualify customers to drive sales during retail’s peak traffic days and times
• You may visit multiple stores per weekend with the intent of maximizing sales productivity
• In this fast-paced retail environment, we must stay flexible and ready for what’s next!
• Success in this role will present you with additional opportunities to rapidly advance your career with T-ROC. Once you elevate to full-time, we offer health benefits

Here’s what you need to ROC this role:

• A high school diploma or equivalent and be over 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Weekend availability, primarily Friday evening through Sunday with shifts ranging from 4-8 hours
• Ability to use technology to record your work and time
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time as well as squat, kneel and reach
