Transportation Repair Shop
Candidate must have a minimum of 1 years experience working as an office assistant/admin
Candidate must have Microsoft Office skills, Word and Excel, and Gmail. Knowledge of QB a plus. Knowledge of office equipment required.
They must be detail oriented, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, directed by multiple individuals, demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Candidate must be trainable.
This position will be responsible for Answering Phones, Filing, assisting Service Technicians and management teams. Position will assist in A/R, Time Card Entry, various Data Entry duties. Position requires creating, maintaining and ensuring electronic files for use and records are accurate and up to date.
Other duties as assigned.
Hourly Wage: $15.00 - DOE - This is an entry level position.
