$18 per hour

Position Summary:

Responsible to make sure all jobs scheduled for the next day have all material and equipment pulled and staged for installers. List return material when necessary and return to stock. Responsible for all materials, supplies, etc. that leave the shop have been properly filled out on a material sheet.. Check and put away stock orders. Maintain shop and yard in a clean and orderly fashion. Assist Installers in loading and unloading vans.                                                                                                                         

Required Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or its equivalent

·         Organizational skills

·         Must be able to perform multiple tasks at a time

·         Arrive and be ready to start work by 6:30 am

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assist Dept Managers with items necessary to dispatch the crew in the morning, goal is to have installers gone within 20 minutes.
• List overrun materials for return to vendor.               
• Put away any deliveries, mark equipment received with job name and number, stage in appropriate area
• Implement and maintain inventory system.
• Check schedule for all jobs installing in two days, pull material list and stage.
• Remove clutter and scrap from shop area.                            
• Pick up all garbage from trucks, spare vehicles, warehouse, yard and on building grounds.
• Report status of jobs pulled at days end to Department Managers.
• Ensure Installation fleet is properly maintained and meets the company standards for cleanliness inside.

• Manage duties of the Warehouse person.
• Pull truck stock for Service. Notify Service Manager of shortages.
• Review schedule for upcoming jobs to make certain that all material lists have been turned in for pulling and staging, notify Dept Managers if any are missing.
• Check with installers for any fabrication that may be needed.
• Maintain facility in proper operating condition.
• Put away all extra materials brought back by installers the day before.
• Maintain warehousing of Company supplied tools. 
• Generate check out lists and reconcile upon return.
• Lock up building and yard.
• Other duties as assigned.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.  The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.

·          Number of times jobs are not pulled and staged ready for installers

·         Organization of the warehouse and yard

·         Accuracy of paper-work, hours and materials charged to the jobs

·         Number of installer will calls as a result of not properly pulling materials

• Number of times emergency stocking orders are processed for stocked inventory
