What are the responsibilities and job description for the R&D Technician (Chemistry) position at T2Earth LLC?
Job Summary:
This is a position for a scientific chemical technician to support R&D initiatives, run key experiments, and support coordinated activities in R&D including biological studies, analytical measurements and analysis, new chemical developments, and formulation. This role will involve work within the R&D department and additionally, interacting with other departments within T2EARTH. The role may include working with third party labs and universities.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensures all safety procedures, practices, and regulations are followed before, during, and after the process to foster a positive safety culture by having a safety-first mindset and approach during execution of activities.
- Plan and conduct experiments aligned with provided R&D strategy: collect necessary data, organize/record the data, write timely reports, and share conclusions with the broader R&D team.
- Help coordinate efforts as directed with external analytical laboratories.
- Maintain inventory of lab supplies and support ordering.
- Contribute significantly to successful project results in technology and/or product development by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.
- Participates in R&D technical meetings presenting results, findings, and conclusions.
- Develops, prepares, and presents recommendations and reports as requested by leadership.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
