Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- General customer service support
- Handling high volume of emails
- Assisting Employee Benefits Account Managers with adds, terms and changes processing
- Basic Administrative duties including: Answering phones and directing calls appropriately, handling mail, maintaining office supplies, scheduling appointments, etc.
- Creating and maintaining Excel worksheets
- Client and Lead data entry in multiple platforms
- Other tasks as directed
Skills/qualifications:
- Required Skills: Reporting, Administrative Writing, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication and Customer Service
- Microsoft Office Skills: Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint required
- Preferred Skills: HubSpot, Monday, and Constant Contact
Education:
- Required Qualifications: High School Graduation or GED Equivalent
- Preferred Qualifications: Some College/College Degree; Prior Experience in Administrative Duties or Customer Service; Spanish Speaking helpful
- Insurance industry experience beneficial
