What you'll be doing...
The Marketing Engineering Intern is responsible for helping to develop and maintain software that supports marketing and marketing operations objectives. This role will help implement both customer-facing and internally oriented features and functionality, including website development, marketing systems integration, test and build automation, and data integration. The marketing engineering intern will work directly with other engineers, as well as data analysts, marketing automation specialists, and other internal customers across the company.
Some of the things you'll be doing include...
- Help develop and maintain marketing systems, automation, integrations, and web experiences for internal and external customers.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle, from specifications, through development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support to both internal staff and end-users.
- Document new features and processes as needed.
- Regular, predictable job attendance.

- Experience working with a modern scripting language; JavaScript, node.js, and/or PHP preferred,
- Experience querying and maintaining relational databases; MySQL preferred,
- Experience using source control, especially Git.
- Experience using and contributing to open source software, tools, and frameworks.
