The successful candidate will be able to use data to tell a story as well as being able to work independently.

As part of our aggressive growth, we are looking to add a Financial Analyst to our team. We seek candidates with a positive, motivated attitude that would love to grow with the company.

The Analyst will interact directly with executive management:

·        Report on current performance (daily, weekly, monthly reports) as well as business investment decisions relating to current and future projects.

·        Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc) considering the company’s goals and financial standing. Clearly communicate finding.

·        Report on changes in financial position or budget variances.

·        Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking along with assisting in driving process improvement.

·        Prepare reports and projections on future investment opportunities

·        Provides top management with creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance

·        Responsible for cost analysis of any potential corporate events, including unplanned shut downs, various promotions, and what-if scenarios for financial projections and financial modeling, and other projects as they arise.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years-experience as a Financial Analyst
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field experience
• High level of proficiency in excel. Experience in MS Office, and financial software
• Ability to prioritize and multitask, Strong organizational skills,
• Deadline and detail-oriented, Ability to organize and manage your own time
• Candidates must successfully pass a background check.

·        Hands on experience with statistical analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

·        Restaurant industry experience preferred

·        Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance (Accounts Payable, Treasury, Payroll, CapEx), and information analysis.
