KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to come in and take over a high volume Taco Bell and grow people and sales.
- Ability to staff your restaurant and give your team excellent training and development.
- Ability to come in an make an impact on the QSR metrics (ICOS, Labor, Customer Satisfaction, and SOS) bringing the stores performance to a minimum of 4 stars or higher (Supreme Rating).
- Demonstrates the ability to come in and to make an immediate impact on CORE readiness.
- Demonstrates high-level training skills and can come in and set a realistic plan and goal for store to become a training store.
- Demonstrates a high level of brand knowledge and an understanding how to use systems.
- Sets the example as far as being a team player within the market, and is always willing to help their peers.
- Builds people capability through execution of the Bench Plan.
- Effectively communicates brand culture and strategy to restaurant team, Area Coach and Senior Area Coach.
- Functions as a team builder and coach; recognizes and eliminates communication barriers.
- Ensures controllable expenses are managed to plan; ensures reports and tools are consistently and effectively used to meet financial controls.
- Ensures consistency in execution of all marketing programs.
- Demonstrates "POSITIVE ENERGY" by handling customer concerns on the spot and by helping management teams and Team Members resolve customer concerns. Recognizes and rewards Customer Mania behavior.
- Drives restaurant operations to achieve at or above standard results.
- Ensures ICOS processes are executed in the restaurant. Utilizes operating measures to monitor profit variables. Reviews restaurants Management & Team Member schedule for effectiveness weekly.
- Uses P&L, and other appropriate reports, to analyze their business and establish and execute tactics for improvement.
