Accountability Scope Describe the primary accountability impact of this position over business activities such as revenue generation, expense management, capital sending, budgeting, regulations, etc. (EX: fiduciary owner, primary provider, final authority, etc.) The position's incumbent has a significant affect on customer loyalty. Principal Responsibilities List the five to eight principal responsibilities performed in the order of importance. Food Preparation - preparing raw ingredients for menu item production Menu Item Production - preparing menu items for orders Guest Assistance - Dining room/lot cleaning, dining room cashier, drive-thru cashier & drive-thru inside order taker Daily Operation - Receiving and storage, preventative maintenance, opening & closing procedures
Key Relationships Describe the nature and significance of key contacts inside and outside the company. Primary service relationships with outside customers; team building relationships with co-workers and appropriate working relationships with other internal visitors and vendors.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements Education: Basic Math and Reading skills. Experience: 16 years old or older (if under 18 must provide proof of age and work permit as required) Authorized to work in the United States Ability to work flexible hours Specialization: (licenses, certifications, etc…) Food handler's certificate according to state or local requirements. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, driving record and insurance for positions that require driving: Above Store Leader, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Manager.
