JOB DESCRIPTION
Area Director
· Provide leadership to the restaurant teams so that each team member and manager consistently follows the Bueno Way.
· Ensure the profitability of the business by operating within established guidelines and requirements for sales growth, food cost, labor and controllable costs.
· Coordinate and implement Company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner.
· Ensure complete compliance with all local, state and federal regulations including: health regulations, wage and hour regulations, EEO compliance, risk management regulations and reporting, HIPPA regulations, PCI compliance, and any other required regulations.
· Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Bueno policies and procedures -- in a fair and consistent manner.
· Work to attain and maintain proper staffing levels for all crew member and management positions.
· Accountable for the continuous training and development of all crew members and restaurant managers.
· Ensure all required reports and legal documents are accurate, complete and accomplished on time.
· Maintain a safe and secure environment for all team members and guests.
· Maintain awareness and participation in Community Affairs, in order to take advantage of sales and public relations opportunities.
· Assist and manage any duties assigned by the Senior Director/V.P. of Operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
