A Taco Mac Manager will play a key role in the daily operation of our restaurants. The Manager has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, team management, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned. Each manager will be designated an AOR to specialize in to become an expert and gain the ability to develop others to become experts in. A qualified applicant will possess a dedication to providing exceptional customer service, good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, exceptional team building capability, basic business math and accounting skills, computer literacy and a High School Diploma or GED. College or university Degree Preferred, 2-4 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
