Position Summary
This position will provide tracking, data entry, record maintenance and other clerical duties related to Workfirst and other Workforce programs to meet reporting requirements. Support the tracking of student records and accuracy of files in support of department staff.- Provide data support including input and tracking attendance reporting into DSHS and college systems
- Screen applications, funding files and other materials for completeness and accuracy
- Provide information about the federal financial aid and workforce funding programs to potential students, agencies and College departments
- Perform filing, data entry, and other special projects as directed
- Provide administrative support to workforce including assist with the development of files and processing of forms
- Generate reports and track progress of students as needed
- Provide clerical assistance for department as needed
- Perform related duties as assigned
- High School graduation or equivalent
- Computer literacy with MS office suite specifically in data entry and spreadsheets.
- Experience working with students and diverse populations
- Experience with EJAS and PeopleSoft applications
- Associates degree or higher from an accredited college or university

This part-time hourly position is bound by the WAC 357-04-045 provisions above. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday and weekends, Flexible up to 17 hours a week. The salary is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Flexibility in scheduling is required to meet department needs.
